Well I notice that in the only picture I can find that has a blurry image of Grumpy, he is wearing what looks to be a pinstripe faded navy blazer with a grey-ish shirt underneath and black gloves.
BTW I like your idea, its very clever and I'm glad you aren't going to be one of the million jokers for halloween.
It was like...a purple blazer with a green play-flower on a white button up shirt under the blazer...
Why don't you google image it?
Use a purple tux.
