u could jazz up the outfits by adding belt and nice accessories and heels.





as for the mask,there's lot of DIY ideas on net,just google it and make a cute one urself....

i guess if it isnt really formal you could wear jeans and a nice tee, and chuck a suit jacket over it. (suit jackets cheap at op shops, etc.





and maskes are easy to get, just at any party shop.
Try eBay.


That can be brilliant for fancy-dress I have bought loads from there and you can get cheap stuff.
