I've played some paint ball through the years, and the only protection I ever used was a mask to protect eyes.





There is nothing else you need to protect really, but if you want to reduce the pain of getting shot several times in the chest, it might be a good idea to purchase a chest protector.





It's all up to you really, the world of paint ball equipment is endless!

all i wear is the mask then some underarmour and a t-shirt over it it really doesnt hurt that bad i got hit in the arm the first time and i could barely see the bruise make sure you use dark colored/camo stuff if your playing woodsball but if its speedball it really doesnt matter look at underarmour.com for some good camo or you can just get some black underarmour off brand kind from walmart or kohls
y it doesn't hurt that bad i was like 8 the first time i went and i got **** stomped by my brother and he didn't let up till i got away and shot him back but if you wanna chicken out and just not feel any pain go for it but everyone will thing ur a wuss, sorry to sound ignorant but i never used any special equipment besides a mask, all i would wear was a shirt pants a shoes and i was fine
your more than protected. usually you just need a mask. a hoodie and camo jacket or if your speed ball then slide pants and a jersey. you dont need a chect protector but it looks good for your parents.

i'd rather deal w/ the 2 second sting and know that i'm hit, then always having 2 call a ref over every 20 seconds 2 do a paint check
your eyes, face, and torso will be protected but some other areas will still be exposed. But the worst you will get is bruises in those areas.

it hirts when u get hit the first time but then its normal but i perfer using protection for u not to get broces.
