He meant to kiss Serena=) but she changed masks with Jenny, so when she came out of the restroom, Nate thought Jenny was Serena, grabbed her,confessed he wasn't over her and kissed her....

he means to kiss serena but it is really jenny because the switched masks and nate didnt no it. she was going to kiss serena because he never got over her and wanted to be with her.
it was supposed to be serena but serena lent her mask and her coat to jenny and nate kisses her. he kisses her because he's still in love with her, thats why him and blair break up
Gosh, it was so long ago, but wasn't it the little sister with Serena's mask on?
