I'm pretty sure that everyone agrees that he Raped her or Took advantage of her, How ever you want to say it. Because the lyrics that Todd sings during that part are something along the lines of, ';No one stopped him, They all laughed and stood by watching, they thought she deserved it because she must have been daft'; Defiantly not close at all to the song, But you can kind of make the assumption that he raped her and everyone just watched and laughed, cause she was drunk also.
