I live in western New York and am going to have a masked ball for my sweet sixteen in June. I cannot find anywhere. It cant be a price outrageous like 1000 dollars. Please help...Masked ball for my sweet sixteen?
Try a church. As long as its not Sunday they should be willing to help. Also should be very inexpensive.
