Does anyone else here think that the Michael Myers mask in the new Rob Zombie remake of ';Halloween'; is lame?

First of all, I'm irritated by the fact that Rob Zombie is even making a remake, since the original was just fine. (If it ain't broke, don't fix it.) Also, the new Michael Myers mask looks pretty much like the old one, except it looks like it was dug out of a dumpster.Does anyone else here think that the Michael Myers mask in the new Rob Zombie remake of ';Halloween'; is lame?
I really don't agree with the mask either. Call me old fashion but the whole remake makes me sick. Remake what you want but John Carpenter's classic should have never been remade.Does anyone else here think that the Michael Myers mask in the new Rob Zombie remake of ';Halloween'; is lame?
Nothing beats the original William Shatner mask.

This movie was Zombie-fied. If you like Zombie's style you will like this remake, it is a lot more intense than the original. Foryunately, I was around for the original before the kids decided it was cool to watch, second, I love Zombie as a a horror director, he is bringing back the intesity to a genre that has been homoginzed to appeal to the masses and not the drive-in movie generation it once was focused on. The mask is fine,,, it fits in with the storyline.
Have you ever seen Rob Zombie's movies?? They are creepy! The last time a horror movie scared me I was a kid. But he's pretty sick and twisted so I expect great things from this movie. It's going to be way darker, and not so obvious on what's about to happen!
The mask?! Who cares. .come back after you watch the movie and complain about the storyline or actors or anything that's not completely pointless and picky.


The fun of remakes is that they use new technology to create a qualilty movie that wasnt able to be created in the time it first came out.


But anyway. .Zombie is very original. I cover my eyes during half the sh*t in his movies--they freak me out so bad. %26lt;(Im a wimp I know)
